Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are in the process of finalizing a combination of virtual (online picture and video) shows and limited in person interviews.
General Project Entry Deadline- July 22 – THIS IS NOT FOR LIVESTOCK
Project entry will be done through FairEntry. This year, due to the virtual format for judging you will need to upload all components of your project when you enter. The deadline for General Project entry is July 22nd. Please complete your entries prior to the deadline to allow for technical issues and to provide the office time to confirm the entries. More information on this process will be coming with types of files that will be accepted.
Check list of entry requirements (Hint: pdf files are a great choice):
* Photos (record book limits apply) of project
* Record Book & all supplemental pages as one file
* Display Boards – depending on project
* Optional: 3 minute video of Project uploaded online
* Optional: Judging Form
We have been granted a variance from Boulder County Public Health to hold scheduled in-person interviews for Photography and Foods & Nutrition/ Preservation projects on July 28. THESE projects will still need to enter their projects through FairEntry.
All other project judging will take place virtually via Zoom July 30 and 31.
