Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified by email whether or not you have been accepted.
If you do not receive an email within 2 weeks of submitting your application, please contact us to verify it was received.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email with your letter of acceptance and your contract. The email will also outline insurance requirements and other important information.
Color photos of your booth/display must be submitted with your application (the way it will appear at our Fair).If you cannot upload pictures to this form, or you wish to send more than one picture, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the name of your company in the subject line.
- Please lnclude a complete menu to be served including prices for each item. Your contract will be assigned on the basis of this list. Only items on contract will be allowed
