All Boulder County Fair Livestock Junior Exhibitors must be actively enrolled in Boulder County 4-H, St. Vrain Valley FFA, or Boulder Valley FFA, and have carried out and completed all required project work to date, are eligible to exhibit and show in 4-H/FFA Junior Fair classes at this year's fair.
