1.Register as a Buyer:
Register on Saturday, August 1, in the afternoon of the
sale, receive your buyer number, sale order and sale catalog.
2. View the items for sale:
After registration, visit with the exhibitors and learn about their
project.
3. Bid:
Bid on an item of your choice and raise the bid until the product item is out of your
price range or you are declared the WINNER!
4. Live Sale Add-ons:
After each lot is sold by the auctioneer, you can add a lives sale add-
on by raising your buyer number. We will call on you for your add-on dollar amount to that
specific lot, and the funds will go directly to the exhibitor.
5. Terms of Sale:
Payment is required on the day of the sale. Please make checks payable
to the Boulder County Fair Livestock Show & Rodeo with Product Sale in the memo/notes.
Credit cards are also accepted with an added service fee.
6. Tax Information:
Please consult your tax professional for the current tax deduction
guidelines for not-for-profit organizations like 4-H. The Boulder County Fair is a 501(c)3
