The Kickoff Parade transforms Longmont into a celebration of deep community roots, kicking off the 157th year of the Boulder County Fair. Proudly sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Longmont since 1961, this beloved tradition brings the history to life. Families, neighbors, and visitors line the streets to cheer on a spectacular procession of floats, bands, horses, and tractors in a true display of summer fun and western heritage.
